It didn’t take long to realize the Northern Lights were a team to be reckoned with. After the first three weeks of the season, the Lights had put the league on notice. They may have been the new team in the league but the road to the championship was going to run through them. An impressive 14-1 regular season and a hellacious run through the playoffs culminated in just that. Northern Lights, CMBL Champions.
Led by manager Troy Morse, the Northern Lights 2021 roster was stacked with all-around talent. A lights-out pitching staff combined with a lineup filled with explosive hitters made any game against the Lights miserable for their opponents.
